Half of all small businesses never see their fifth birthday.
Big businesses have ‘Chief Financial Officers’ to ensure their business remains on the right track financially. We do the same kind of thing exclusively for small businesses.
Do you struggle with your small business?
Do you feel stuck not knowing the next steps to take to have a successful business?
Do you feel lost and overwhelmed with trying to make sense of your "financials"?
Do you constantly wonder "Am I doing things right?"
Why businesses fail
Small businesses fail for one reason: lack of financial management.
Most business owners get into their business because their pretty good at the "craft" of the business...
A fitness expert starts a gym.
A dentist buys a dental practice.
A marketing guru starts an agency.
However, what got them into business is not enough to help them stay in business.
You're not meant to be an expert at everything
You need to focus on what you do best. This is what will prevent your dream business from turning into a nightmare.
Yet, businesses fail because of a lack of financial management. This is due mainly to poor profits, low cash flow, and no accountability on your team in place.
The problem is that these are all financial terms. Someone on your team needs to be an expert at these things.
That's why big businesses have Chief Financial Officers. They guide management on what they need to do for the business to be financially okay.
We do this same kind of thing...but for small businesses.

What Makes Us Different
We're not like most "business coaches", "consultants", or "gurus".
Why? We focus on results. And results to us mean more profit and more cash flow for your business.
It's not how much money you make that's important. What's important is how much money you keep.
Profit is the keeping part. This is how your business remains financially healthy. That's what we focus on.
It's therapeutic to have someone to talk to that 'gets it'
