Your information is safe. We never share your data with third parties.
You'll see what the work looks like each month, explained in plain terms, and the repeatable system CFO Advisors follow with every client.
You'll see how a CFO Advisor spends a working day and how the monthly meeting with a business owner runs.
You'll see both ways in: launching a CFO Advisory practice from scratch, or adding the service to the practice you run today.
We'll cover how to build this while you keep your tax or bookkeeping practice, or while you're still employed as an accountant.
You'll learn where first CFO clients usually come from and why marketing yourself as a CFO is the wrong place to start.
You'll see how 8 clients at our members' average fee adds up to about $192,000 a year in less than 20 hours a week.
Accountants and bookkeepers have built their practices on services that record the past, like tax prep and bookkeeping. Those services now face competition from other firms, from software and offshore providers, and from AI, which keeps pushing fees down.
Business owners will pay well for someone who helps them build a better future. The average CFO in our program charges $1,978 per client per month. At that rate, 8 clients would bring in about $16,000 a month, or about $192,000 a year, and our methodology lets you deliver the service in 2-4 hours per client per month.
See what advisory clients could add to your income →Here's what one small business owner is worth to your practice each year.
One advisory client is worth about five bookkeeping clients, or more than thirty tax returns. Same person, same trust, a completely different business.
You want recurring revenue that lasts all year, beyond tax season.
CPA to CFO →You want to offer your clients more than the monthly close.
Bookkeeper to CFO →You want to build a practice of your own.
Side Hustle CFO →For fractional CFOs →This training is built for people who want to serve small business owners. If you're looking for a corporate or Fortune 500 CFO role, it probably isn't the right fit.
As I predicted, The CFO Project is changing my life and I am beyond busy. I am on track to double my gross revenue this year. And there are still several clients that are out there I could approach. Before I found The CFO Project, I was stuck at the same number every year. Now the doors are open and I see so much opportunity. Truly thankful beyond words.
I've signed 3 CFO clients in the last week, and I'm just getting started. Many thanks to everyone at The CFO Project. It's all brilliant.
Since joining The CFO Project, I sold off the bulk of my tax practice and am just focusing on my CFO clients. I am now in line to make the most that I have ever made in my life this year.
